Overview
The project focused on designing a peer-to-peer parcel delivery application that connects senders with travelers already going on the same route. The goal was to make parcel delivery more convenient and cost-effective through a clear end-to-end experience for both user groups.
Problem Statement
Sending a parcel on a known route was expensive and slow, while travelers on that same route had unused luggage capacity. There was no simple, trustworthy way for the two sides to find each other and complete a handover.

Research
I studied the needs of both user groups and mapped their existing journeys to identify pain points across searching, booking, handover, and tracking.
Key Findings
- • Senders needed confidence that a traveler was verified before handing over a parcel.
- • Travelers needed a simple way to publish travel details and review incoming requests.
- • Both sides needed clear communication and visible delivery status throughout the journey.
Wireframes
I created low-fidelity wireframes to structure the search, booking, listing, and tracking flows before moving to visual design.

High-Fidelity UI
Using Figma, I designed responsive screens and an interactive prototype covering the complete sender and traveler experience.
The interface focuses on intuitive navigation, responsive layouts, and smooth interaction between senders and travelers.

Challenge
Designing one product for two very different user roles without making either journey feel secondary.
Solution
I separated the sender and traveler journeys into distinct, role-aware flows while reusing a shared component system, and added trust signals and status updates at each handover step.
Final Outcome
The final prototype delivers an end-to-end peer-to-peer delivery experience with transparent communication and tracking for both sides.

Key Learnings
