Overview
The project focused on designing a centralized Employee Management System to simplify daily HR tasks such as employee management, attendance, and leave requests. The goal was to create an intuitive experience for HR managers, team leads, and employees.

Research
I conducted stakeholder discussions and secondary research to understand business needs and existing HR workflows.
Key Findings

High-Fidelity UI
Using Figma, I designed responsive screens for the complete employee management experience.
The interface focuses on clear navigation, simple layouts, and consistent interactions.
